What does your staff wear?
We like the traditional style. Black pants, button up white shirts and our signature black apron. For our formal events, we prefer black pants, white button up shirt with black tie.

Do you require a minimum number of hours for your staff?
Yes. Our rates are based on a four hour minimum, which is the standard for this industry. We recommend that our staff arrive at least 30 minutes before the event and stay after to break down the party, clean and store leftovers.

Can you help with recommendations for caterers and equipment rental companies?
Absolutely! We have recommendations for trusted caterers, valet companies, security companies, and equipment rental companies that can provide tents, chairs, tables and more.

Do you require a deposit to reserve an event?
No. For most events we will authorize a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) to reserve your event. You may use that credit card, another credit card or pay by check or cash on your final bill.

How many servers do you think I will need?

  • Tray Passed Appetizers: We recommend two servers per 25 guests, beverage service and one bartender per 50 guests.
  • Formal Seated Dinner: One server for every 10 to 15 guests.
